  • Membership typically includes access to my full library of digital content—videos, courses, resources, and any new material that’s released while you're subscribed. The amount of coaching assistance for each tier is described on this page.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

  • Yes! The video library has content that was made for people like you. Exercises are demonstrated at the beginning of the video, and then later thoroughly explained. There is also a written description of movements, and other helpful information in the description of the videos to keep your learning and understanding going strong.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
