SUPERCAMP ONLINE
DURATION: 45min
DESCRIPTION: This is a virtual group class on Google Meet where participants can move at their own pace. No equipment is required.

GAINS ON GABE
DURATION: 45 min
DESCRIPTION: This class is for beginner and intermediate athletes who want to get stronger, improve mobility, & deepen their knowledge of weight training.
Thursdays 9am PST

DESCRIPTION: This class is for beginner and intermediate folks who want to get stronger, improve mobility, & sweat in a timed class with 10 stations.

PARK BOOTCAMP
DURATION: 45 min
DESCRIPTION: This class is for beginner and intermediate exercisers who want to get stronger, improve mobility, & be active outside. We use bands, bodyweight, a suspension trainer, and things you’d find at a park!

I don't teach martial arts, but I do coach boxing for fitness! I am certified to coach individuals and groups through boxing drills with gloves and focus pads.

I do! Sometimes I run classes from my home gym, other times I use Gabriola Pilates & Dance as a location. I've also been running very popular retro aerobics classes through the Gabriola Recreation Society. You can keep up to date with my schedule on this page, or through my email list.
