Background Accountability

$50.00 every month for 6 months

I’ve got you in mind.

Stay on track and feel supported, without anyone breathing down your neck.

I’ve got you in mind.

Stay on track and feel supported, without anyone breathing down your neck.

Who this is for

This tier is for people who don’t need frequent feedback but do want to know someone experienced is paying attention.

If you stay more consistent simply by knowing someone:

  • knows your goals

  • remembers your injuries and history

  • and actually cares whether you’re still showing up

…this option is for you.

What this includes

  • Client-initiated written check-ins (email or WhatsApp)

  • I read everything you send

  • Occasional written responses when helpful or necessary

  • Ongoing awareness of your goals, injuries, and patterns

  • Gentle encouragement and perspective when it matters

What this looks like in real life

You send updates when you feel like it.
Sometimes I reply.
Sometimes I don’t, because things are going well and you don’t need intervention.

You still benefit from being seen, remembered, and supported in the background.

Important boundaries

  • No guaranteed response frequency. This allows space for thoughtful responses rather than rushed ones.

  • No scheduled calls

  • No proactive prompts from me

This tier is about being held in mind, not being coached in real time.

Why people choose this tier

  • “I don’t want to disappear after a course.”

  • “I’m mostly fine — I just want accountability.”

  • “I don’t need micromanagement.”

What this support is

This is mentorship and accountability, designed to help you:

  • stay consistent

  • reflect on what’s working (and what isn’t)

  • feel supported without becoming dependent

  • build confidence in managing your own movement practice

You’re paying for continuity, context, and care.

What this support is not

To keep this sustainable and supportive for everyone, this service is not:

  • on-demand coaching

  • emergency or crisis support

  • therapy or mental health treatment

  • unlimited program redesign

  • real-time messaging or same-day responses

All tiers require a 3–6 month commitment.

Program changes & injuries

Light program adjustments are included, such as:

  • something feeling too easy or too hard

  • minor injuries or flare-ups

  • short-term regressions or substitutions

This does not include:

  • full program rewrites

  • new long-term training plans

  • performance-specific periodisation

Non-exercise check-ins

You’re welcome to check in about:

  • stress

  • energy

  • motivation

  • confidence

  • life getting lifey

I’ll respond within my scope as a coach and mentor
