VIRTUAL INDIVIDUAL

$65 CAD

  • A 40-minute session conducted over Google Meet. Perfect for those who prefer to train from home or have a busy schedule. Weekly sessions come with program updates to ensure continued progress. Clients from all international locations accepted.

FOUNDATION SESSION

$98 CAD

  • This 45–60 minute consultation is our starting point. We'll discuss your goals, movement history, and any injuries or health considerations. You'll receive a custom one-day workout plan tailored to you. Available via Zoom, phone, or in person.

IN PERSON INDIVIDUAL

  • A 50-minute session held at my home gym on Gabriola Island. Ideal for those seeking personalized coaching with hands-on guidance. Weekly sessions include program updates to keep you progressing.

  • $75 CAD

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

  • Train with 2 to 4 people in a supportive environment. Each participant receives personalized attention while benefiting from group motivation. Pricing per person:

    Great for friends, partners, or colleagues looking to achieve their fitness goals together.

    • 2 people: $55 CAD

  • No you don't! I work in gyms where personal training is the main activity. You won't find me at a public/chain gym. My fee covers your admission to anywhere I work.

    If you want me to see you at a commercial gym that you are a member of, I will likely not be able to arrange that as those businesses have bans on external trainers conducting business on their premises. 

  • Online coaching can be done in many different ways. With me, you receive a program with video demonstrations to every warm up, exercise, and stretch.

    We keep an open line of communication through your google sheet comments and sticky notes. You are also welcome to send videos of your form for exercises you think you need extra support with.
