Whether you live in Montreal, Sydney, or somewhere else in the world, I've got a class for you! We have heaps of fun, there is a lot of laughter, and you might make some new friends in the process.

What's on the menu

Join in on one of our many group class options throughout the week! As an alternative to booking using the links below, classes can be paid on the day via Cash, PayPal, or interact transfer.

Mondays

6:30pm EST

CLASSES & DROP-INS

Zoom AMRAP

Where: Online

Join in from the comfort of home, a hotel, the park, etc. This online class will consist of 2 full body AMRAP's.

45 minutes
Camera on optional
Equipment optional

$8-20 CAD (sliding scale)

Strength 101

Where: X-Fit Gym 3863 St Laurent Blvd, Studio 201

This class will include a warm up and cool down. The main section will be timed stations where participants will use various pieces of common gym equipment to train multiple muscle groups in a slow,

controlled manner.

All stations will be thoroughly explained and alternative options given
