CLASS TIMETABLE

Whether you live in Montreal, Sydney, or somewhere else in the world,

I've got a class for you! We have heaps of fun, there is a lot of laughter,

and you might make some new friends in the process.

Classes can be paid on the day via Cash, PayPal, or interac transfer.

MONDAY 6:30PM EASTERN TIME

ZOOM AMRAP

Join in from the comfort of your own home, your hotel, or the park.

This online class will consist of 2 full body AMRAP's

(as many rounds as possible).

45 minutes long. You can opt out of having your camera on if you like.

You don't need any equipment, but I demonstrate how to use your

bands, weights, and household items.

STRENGTH 101

This class will include a warm up and cool down. The main section will

be timed stations where participants will use various pieces of

common gym equipment to train multiple muscle groups in a slow,

controlled manner.

 

All stations will be thoroughly explained and alternative options given.

FULL BODY CIRCUIT (this class has another coach until March 2023)

Squat, push, pull, hinge, and ski your way through 12 stations to a

TABATA timer.Working at your own pace, this class will go for 60

minutes, including a warm up.
