WHAT IS A FOUNDATION SESSION

In this session, I’ll recommend the fitness regimen best suited to help you achieve your specific goals. You’ll also receive tips on how to fast-track your progress. I’ll be available to answer any questions you may have, and if you’d like, I can check your form to ensure you’re on the right track.

In this 45-60 minute consultation, I’ll gather all the information I need to create a personalized program just for you. We’ll discuss any previous injuries or illnesses, your exercise history and relationship with movement, and your goals.

I believe movement should be a source of joy — not shame. This is a space where all bodies are welcome, and no one is expected to change who they are to fit into a mold. We're rooted in body neutrality, anti-diet culture, offering fitness that centers trans and non-binary folks, fat bodies, and anyone who’s ever felt unseen or unwelcome in a traditional gym.

  • As a non-binary coach, I understand the importance of respecting another person's identity. 

  • The fitness I facilitate is fun, empowering, and challenging. Exercise is not about punishment and I am not about tough love. We're in this together.

  • The mainstream fitness industry wants us to think that the only point of exercise is to change your outsides. Fitness can do so much more.

Dibs is my name, and inclusive, accessible fitness is my game. I'm part of the rebellion that's taking on the health and fitness industry right now.
